In this context;

• To ensure full compliance with legal and other OHS requirements,


• To support the active participation of our employees in occupational health and safety processes by obtaining their views,


• To systematically identify hazards and risks in the working environment and proactively prevent them,


• To ensure the correct and continuous use of necessary personal protective equipment by providing it,


• To be prepared for emergencies, keep the necessary plans up to date, and ensure their effectiveness through regular drills,


• To consider the safety of subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors and to ensure their compliance with the same standards,


• To regularly conduct training that promotes safe behavior and increases awareness of occupational health and safety,


• To adopt a continuous improvement approach to develop occupational health and safety performance,


• To conduct root cause analyses and implement necessary corrective-preventive actions in order to prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and near-miss incidents,


• To strengthen the reporting culture and increase the effectiveness of early warning systems, aiming to reduce near-miss incidents,


• We undertake to integrate innovations that will increase occupational health and safety into our processes by following technological developments.
