NOTIFICATION OF VIOLATIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION
Employees are responsible for notifying the ethics committee directly to their supervisor or to the ethics committee via the address etik@kalebalata.com in case of violation of laws and rules or in line with their suspicions about these issues.
DFD Notifications cannot be shared with third parties.
Unfounded reports are interpreted as lies and slander as a violation of the code of ethics.
In the face of justified notifications, the application and sanctions are determined by the disciplinary board within the scope of the relevant articles of the labor law and the internal regulation of the collective labor agreement.
